UX Researcher Danish Government | 2014
As part of my work for the Danish government, I developed an intuitive online dashboard for citizens. The primary goal was to enable citizens to easily update their data. To achieve this, I provided multiple customer journeys, flows, a comprehensive style guide, and interactive clickable prototypes. The IT team readily embraced and implemented these deliverables, resulting in a successful and user-friendly dashboard for the citizens.

Every day, Economic Affairs sends out inspectors who have to report various matters on paper. For this I designed an iPad app that simplifies the life of the inspectors and can provide faster insights into violations and fines. This allowed the inspectors to work more effectively.

I was responsible for the design and testing of BP's customer loyalty app. The main focus of the app was to encourage customers to make additional product purchases. Leveraging the power of A.I., the app displayed relevant "bonus" offers to users, allowing them to save up for special promotions and rewards.

For SKF I worked on a service iPad app for maintenance and assembly. Here, customers can safely and efficiently see when maintenance needs to be done on one of their ships. Thanks to IoT applications, this is automated and the ships could be traced well.

UX Designer A.I. Bosch Siemens Neff | 2013
For Bosch, Siemens & Neff I worked on an iPad app that allows different devices to communicate with each other. The focus was on a "cooking together" functionality. For example, it was measured what was still in the fridge and it was possible to observe your food in the oven with a built-in camera. An A.I functionality has also been built so that new dishes are created daily based on your dietary wishes and what is already in the fridge.

IBM Studios is a global network of studios where business results are achieved using Design Thinking. In this role I am responsible for developing and researching digital solutions such as mobile and web applications for multiple international clients and I facilitated Design Camps.
