My focus was on driving innovation and making a tangible impact on improving the lives of Dutch citizens. Supported teams during the ideation and prototyping phase, utilizing my expertise to transform abstract ideas into concrete and tangible concepts. By making ideas tangible, we were able to iteratively validate them with end users, ensuring their alignment with user needs. Collaborated closely with stakeholders to gather insights and understand the specific challenges faced by Dutch citizens.
